There is a
whole host of accommodation here in the Cook Islands from backpackers to
rental homes to midrange accommodation to resorts. What we don't have is five star hotels. Browse
through the links on your left to find something that will suit your budget. All hotels and most motels
are located on the beach. But even if you aren't on the beach it isn't far to get to
one. The best beach locations are in Muri and Titikaveka.

For snorkeling, go out to the
Coral Gardens in Tikioki. This is opposite Fruits of Rarotonga.
This is a marine protected area. Bring some bread or fruits with you to feed
the fish with. There are lots of different types of coral, fish and other
marine life. Its is really beautiful, but see for yourself. Make sure you always wear reef shoes in the water and don't stand on any funny shaped coral. |
